All beauty passes are billed on a monthly auto renewal basis. You're selected pass will automatically renew each month to maintain uninterrupted access to your services. Passes are only valid within the active billing cycle. Unused appointments do not roll over and cannot be transferred or shared. Cancellations or changes must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal charges. Once built past fees are non-refundable. By enrolling you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Missed appointments are same-day cancellations will be counted as a used pass visit. This policy helps us protect time reserves specifically for you.
