Lash Cluster Service Policy Booking and Retainers A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your lash cluster appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. Please make sure to complete your booking in advance. Service Overview Our lash cluster service is designed to enhance your natural lashes with bold volume and length. Clusters are applied for a dramatic, customizable look and are intended to last up to 1-2 weeks, depending on your lifestyle and aftercare. No Infills Please note that lash clusters do not have infill services. Once the clusters begin to lift or wear out, we recommend scheduling a new set rather than a refill. This ensures that the clusters are properly applied and provides a fresh look. Patch Test If you are a first-time client or have sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test 24 hours before your appointment to ensure that there is no allergic reaction to the adhesive. Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit your retainer. If Beautifully Bold needs to cancel your appointment, a full refund will be issued. Aftercare To ensure longevity, avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours, and refrain from using oil-based products near your eyes. Gently clean and brush your lashes daily to maintain their fullness. Refund Policy As lash clusters are a temporary enhancement, no refunds will be issued after the service is completed. If you experience any issues with your lashes within 24 hours of application, please contact us so we can address the concern.
