NATURAL HAIR EXPERIENCES | CLIENT POLICY At Beautifully Bold, healthy hair is always the priority. Our Natural Hair Experiences are designed to care for, maintain, and style your natural hair while protecting its overall integrity. Please review the following before booking. Hair Preparation: Please review your selected service carefully to determine what is included. Unless otherwise stated, arrive with your hair prepared for services . Excessive detangling, matting, style removal, or additional preparation will result in an additional fee or require rescheduling. Hair & Scalp Health: Services may be modified, discontinued, or rescheduled if excessive buildup, severe matting, open sores, suspected contagious scalp conditions, or other concerns are present. Beautifully Bold does not diagnose or medically treat scalp conditions. Persistent concerns should be evaluated by a medical professional. Previous Styles: Braids, twists, sew-ins, wigs, bonded styles, or other protective styles must be completely removed before your appointment unless takedown is specifically included in your booked service. Trims: When included or added, trims are performed to remove damaged, split, or compromised ends while maintaining healthy length. Please communicate any length concerns before your trim begins. Heat Styling: Heat and heat protectant may be used when necessary to properly prepare or style the hair. Service Expectations: Natural hair varies in texture, density, porosity, length, shrinkage, condition, and response to products. Inspiration photos are welcomed as references; however, identical results cannot be guaranteed. Your service will be customized based on what can safely and realistically be achieved with your hair. Timing: Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on your hair’s length, density, condition, detangling needs, and desired style. Consultations: A consultation may be required for major transformations, color services, significant hair/scalp concerns, or if you are unsure which service to book. Please disclose any known product allergies or sensitivities before your service. By booking a Natural Hair Experience, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
