Please Read Before Booking Your Appointment!
Service Description
1. Booking & Retainer Fee •A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee is required to secure all makeup appointments. This amount varies by service and will be applied to your total. •Appointments are automatically confirmed once your retainer fee is received. •Please create and use your membership account when booking. All communication, cancellations, and rescheduling must go through your account. • You can also view past appointments in your account history. ⸻ 2. Payments • The remaining balance is due at the time of service. • Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Tap Pay, Credit/Debit Card, and Cash (Exact Amount Only). • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. ⸻ 3. Cancellations & No-Shows • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using their membership account. • Last-minute cancellations or failure to reschedule in time will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee. • No-call, no-show clients will be permanently restricted from booking. Duplicate or alias accounts will be flagged and canceled upon arrival. • Clients who cancel within the policy guidelines may request a coupon credit for the retainer amount, valid for 14 days from issue. (One promo code per appointment; cannot be combined.) ⸻ 4. Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed with prior notice only. • You must notify us of your late arrival via text, call, voicemail, or email (info@beautifullyboldinc.com or 262-300-7717). • Failure to communicate may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Rushing to make it without informing us doesn’t guarantee you’ll be seen. • Respect our time the same way we respect yours. ⸻ 5. The Beautifully Bold Experience • What you see is what you get. The makeup styles advertised reflect the exact looks you’ll receive. If our work doesn’t align with your desired style, we kindly suggest not booking. • Lashes are not included in every service and will be available at an additional cost if needed. • We provide the same level of quality service to every client — no exceptions, no favoritism. Everyone is welcome and valued. ⸻ 6. Skin Prep Matters • To achieve the best results, please exfoliate and cleanse your skin 1–2 days before your appointment. If needed, remove unwanted hair Please trust the artistry our work is our signature, and we promise it will be beautifully bold, just like you.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings require a retainer at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated or promoted. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hrs before your booking and must be made in your members account. In the event that Beautifully Bold has to cancel , a refund will be issued.
