Service Description

Beautifully Bold Inc Client Policy Heyyy Beauty! I know rules and policies aren’t the most exciting part of booking a service, but we’re so glad you’re here! You could have chosen any business, and we truly appreciate you choosing Beautifully Bold. Without amazing clients like you, we wouldn’t be able to provide our services. Thank you! Please be sure to read and understand the information below before booking. It’s important that you are aware of our policies before scheduling a service. Please take a moment to review everything so you know what we expect from you as a client. 1. Booking & Retainer Fee A retainer fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee varies by service and will be applied toward the total service cost. The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Appointments are confirmed only when the retainer fee is received. Please create and utilize a membership account for booking. All communications will take place through your account. You can cancel, reschedule, and view previous appointments via your membership account. 2. Payments The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Tap Pay, Credit and Debit Card, Cash (Exact Amount Only). No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via their membership account. Cancellations must be made within the membership account. Failure to reschedule in a timely manner results in forfeiture of the retainer fee. No-call, no-shows will result in permanent booking restrictions. Your account will be blocked from logging in, and any attempts to create a new account under a different name or email will be canceled upon arrival. Clients who cancel using their membership account may receive a coupon credit for the retainer amount (contact us to claim). The coupon must be used within 14 days of its issue date. No exceptions. Only one promo code can be applied per appointment. Promo/Coupon Codes cannot be combined. 4. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period with prior notice is allowed. Clients must notify the service provider of late arrival via email (info@beautifullyboldinc.com) or business phone (262-300-7717) only. Cancellation Policy

Bookings require a retainer at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated or promoted. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hrs before your booking and must be made in your members account. In the event that Beautifully Bold has to cancel , a refund will be issued.
